What convinced you to join MARKT-PILOT?

The MARKT-PILOT software lays the foundation for the paradigm shift from cost to market-oriented parts pricing. Through automated market price researches, we help OEMs and OPMs to unlock hidden revenue potentials and ensure customer loyalty.
Can you tell us about your mission at MARKT-PILOT as Vice President Sales?
I'm incredibly honored to take on this new role, leading our sales efforts across Europe and working alongside an exceptional team to drive growth, build meaningful partnerships, and deliver unparalleled value to our clients and customers.
I'm committed to fostering innovation, cultivating strong client relationships, and collaborating with our talented team to achieve outstanding results. Together, we'll embark on this journey of success and create impactful solutions that make a difference.
What fascinates you most about sales and where does your passion for this field come from?
Having worked in SaaS companies for more than 16 years, I'm passionate about cutting-edge technology, and I'm eager to leverage my experience in growing global GTM teams to propel MARKT-PILOT to new heights in the European market.
SaaS often revolves around meeting the specific needs of customers. Building and refining a product that directly addresses customer pain points, adds value, and evolves with their requirements is most gratifying for me.

What is the one thing you are really passionate about?
There are 2 things:
Cutting-edge technology and innovation. Being part of a field that constantly evolves and introduces new solutions is incredibly exciting. The ability of SaaS products to streamline processes, solve problems, and enhance efficiency across industries is highly motivating.
But what would this be without the people around me? I am more than excited, but really grateful to work with unique, intelligent, friendly and passionate individuals every single day!

The SaaS industry is dynamic and rapidly changing. This offers constant opportunities for learning, whether it's about new technologies, market trends, or customer behaviors. For individuals who thrive on learning and growth, MP is the ideal field.
Our sales team is not like any other software sales team. We love to collaborate, not working against each other. We act as entrepreneurs within the organization, constantly looking for new opportunities to make our customers‘ lifes easier.
