Hiring Process
The hiring process is not the same for every position, but it usually looks as follows:
1. Get-to-Know

In the first step, our HR Team will review your application and reach out shortly after. If you pass the first screening stage, we will invite you to an initial phone interview, to get to know each other and check about the basics. During this interview you will learn more about MARKT-PILOT in general, the role itself and your potential future team. The other way round, we want to learn more about your personality, your motivation and your expectations.
2. Meet the Department
Case Interview
If we match, you will be invited to an in-depth interview with the corresponding department. During this interview, we will assess specific hard skills needed for the role as well as some soft skills. You will have the chance to learn more about the role in detail, about our daily business, about current tasks and projects and what a typical day in this department looks like. Additionally, you will have the chance to ask all your questions.
3. Case Study/Workshop
Case Study/Workshop
In the next step, we invite you to a case study or workshop. You will receive a small task in advance for preparation. When suitable, you may also be invited to our office to get a better understanding of us and our working environment.
4. Perfect Match
Perfect Match
