MARKT-PILOT Appoints Steven Kugler as VP Sales Europe

New VP Sales Europe at MARKT-PILOT: Steven Kugler drives SaaS growth in Germany, United Kingdom, Scandinavia & Eastern Europe.

Chicago, January 16, 2026 - MARKT-PILOT has recently appointed Steven Kugler as Vice President Sales Europe. In this role, he is responsible for driving the company’s European sales strategy with a particular focus on core markets including Germany, Switzerland and Austria (GSA), the United Kingdom, the Nordics and Eastern Europe. 

Kugler has extensive experience in the international B2B SaaS environment, having worked with diverse teams and companies to achieve sustainable growth and success. Among the professional milestones he is most proud of are supporting the successful IPO of AvePoint and helping transform ATOSS into a pure-play SaaS provider. 

At MARKT-PILOT, Kugler will focus on further expanding the European customer base while strengthening the company’s already strong footprint in the GSA region, where a large share of existing customers is located. By working closely with existing customers, he aims to deepen market understanding and systematically translate these insights into future growth across Europe. 

A key priority in his new role will be developing and scaling the channel network in MARKT-PILOT’s European focus markets. By building strong, structured partnerships in the UK, the Nordics and Eastern Europe, Kugler intends to increase market reach and accelerate the adoption of MARKT-PILOT’s solutions across the continent.
