      HIRING PROCESS

      The hiring process is not the same for every position, but it usually looks as follows:

      • In the first step, our HR Team will review your application and reach out shortly after. If you pass the first screening stage, we will invite you to an initial phone interview, to get to know each other and check about the basics. During this interview you will learn more about MARKT-PILOT in general, the role itself and your potential future team. The other way round, we want to learn more about your personality, your motivation and your expectations.

      • If we match, you will be invited to an in-depth interview with our Head of Talent, Nadine, & a piloteer of the corresponding department. During this interview, we will assess specific hard skills needed for the role as well as some soft skills. You will have the chance to learn more about the role in detail, about our daily business, about current tasks and projects and what a typical day in this department looks like. Additionally, you will have the chance to ask all your questions.

      • Congrats, we are impressed by your personal fit and your expertise - You made it to the decision stage.In this final round you will get to know our Founder & CEO, Tobias. Sit down with him over a cup of coffee and feel free to ask any questions you may have – not only about the job but also about MARKT-PILOT or founding a company in general.
