Patrick Witschi is a Partner in the Commercial Strategy & Transformation practice at Implement Consulting Group, with a focus on Pricing and Customer Insights. He has more than 15 years of experience spanning management consulting and industry.
He advises on commercial growth initiatives and supports clients in the industrial, B2B services, and technology sectors across multiple markets.
Prior to joining Implement, Patrick was an Associate Director at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Switzerland and Singapore, where he also led the Customer Insight Center for Southeast Asia. Earlier in his career, he served as Head of Pricing Asia at Bank Julius Baer and worked at Simon-Kucher.
Patrick also lectures regularly at ETH Zurich on pricing and behavioral economics.
