Chicago, 17. Juni 2025 - MARKT-PILOT, a leading provider of data-driven pricing software for the manufacturing industry, has announced the appointment of Stephen Fauth as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). In this role, Fauth will be responsible for global Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations, with a focus on accelerating growth and expanding the company’s presence in key markets.
With over two decades of experience in enterprise technology, much of it centered on industrial manufacturing, Stephen Fauth brings deep market expertise to MARKT-PILOT. He joins the company at a pivotal time, as manufacturers increasingly turn to the aftermarket as a high-margin growth opportunity amid stagnating new machine sales. Fauth sees the ability to unlock the potential of spare parts pricing as a key differentiator for manufacturers, noting that access to high-quality market data and pricing intelligence is critical for strategic decision-making.
Over the past 5.5 years at Tacton, Fauth held executive roles driving regional and global growth for its SaaS CPQ business. As SVP of North America Sales, he led Tacton’s expansion into the U.S. and its shift to a pure SaaS model, contributing to a successful ownership exit in 2023. Most recently, as SVP of Global Sales Strategy and Growth, Fauth oversaw go-to-market strategy across North America, Europe, and Japan, aligning sales, marketing, and strategic alliances to support the company’s next growth phase.
“What drew me to MARKT-PILOT was not only the powerful, real-time pricing intelligence the platform delivers, but also its unwavering focus on customer value and its culture of innovation. This is the best-kept secret in industrial manufacturing, and I am excited to be part of it,” said Stephen Fauth.
As CRO, Fauth’s immediate priorities include driving measurable value for customers from day one and scaling MARKT-PILOT’s impact in the industry. “We’re helping manufacturers turn aftermarket parts pricing into a strategic advantage, and my goal is to scale that impact fast, smart, and with a relentless focus on customer success,” Fauth added.
MARKT-PILOT’s software enables machine manufacturers to make data-driven decisions, optimize spare parts pricing, and unlock new revenue streams, with clients reporting an average of 21% revenue growth in the first year of use.
